Within 2 weeks of your session, you will receive an email containing the information needed to access your private proof website. The website will be active for 7 days. I will then call you to confirm you received your proofs and to schedule an in person ordering session.
Ordering sessions can take place in my studio or your home. We will meet together to narrow down and choose what images, print sizes, and products you would like. I promise it’ll be easier than you think! If you would like to see samples of all my products, I recommend meeting in my home studio. If you need help deciding where in your home you would like to display your portraits, or what sizes would look best on your wall, then I will come to you! You will be placing your order at this time, so please have an idea in mind of what you need, and make sure the appropriate decision makers are present. This session will last about an hour.
After your order has been received, your proof website will be reactivated for 60 days. You can send the link to all your friends and family and they can order their own products directly from the site!
All images from a session will be archived after 30 days. If an initial order has been received before that time, there will be no charge to place additional orders any time in the future. If, however, you did not place your initial order before your images were archived, there will be a $50 “archival fee” in addition to your order total.
Portrait session fees are due the day of your photo shoot. Online orders are paid in full with a credit card. When placing your order in person, half of your print order total is due upon ordering. The remaining balance will be due when you pick up your order. I will call you when your order is ready to set up a time for drop off or pick up. (I can also ship your order to you for an extra fee.) Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for this. Images will be kept on file for reordering at any time. Payments may be made with a check, cash, or credit card.
